hRVFV-4s is a four segments human Rift Valley fever virus vaccine, which derives from a natural clone (Clone 13) that lacks 69% of the gene NSs, a major virulence determinant of the virus. The hRVFV-4s vaccine is further attenuated by splitting the M genome segment into two M-type segments.
Insertion of a gene expressing granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (hGM-CSF) - Functional deletion of two genes (ICP34.5 and ICP47) of the HSV-1 genome
NKG2D-chimeric antigen receptor, the truncated CD19 tag and the TIM8 molecule which interferes with the interaction between the natural TCR and endogenous CD3ζ
