OSTC - is a federal administration forming part of the Prime Minister's Services
and placed under the authority of the Minister responsible for Science Policy.
BELNET
The objective of BELNET (The Belgian Research Network) can be summed up as follows: "To improve the means of communication of all the research cells in the country
with each other and with those abroad." The first aim of BELNET is therefore
to solve the problems of connecting up the research teams.
